Vorming
Para Dance Belgium ondersteunt het inrichten van studiedagen, het opleiden van nieuwe instructeurs en biedt ook steun aan opstartende clubs.
Daarnaast zorgen ze ook dat de dansers kunnen deelnemen aan verschillende workshops om zo in contact te komen met andere dansers en andere dansstijlen.

Raf van Puymbroeck
Op zondag 23 februari 2020 organiseren de Rolling Stars hun eerste workshop van het nieuwe jaar.
Tijdens deze workshop komt Raf van Puymbroeck 2 workshops geven.

Raf startte zijn danscarrière op 7-jarige leeftijd. Hij schoolde zich in zijn jeugd bij in stijlen als Streetdance, Jazz, Modern, Disco,… Zowel nationaal als internationaal. Zo reisde hij af naar Los Angeles, Italië en Duitsland om zich te vormen als danser. Hij haalde enkele Belgische titels in de Topklasse van het Belgisch wedstrijdcircuit en draait al sinds 2012 mee als coach binnen deze competitiewereld.
Na zijn studies als Bachelor Lichamelijk opvoeding en Bewegingsrecreatie heeft Raf zich volledig gesmeten op het coachen en lesgeven binnen de danswereld. Zo behaalde hij ook zijn diploma’s binnen de Vlaamse Trainerschool voor Urban Dance, Rolstoeldans en recreatieve dans en geeft hij regelmatig workshops binnen zijn specialiteit Girly en High Heels. Raf is gespecialiseerd in veel doelgroepen: van kinderen tot senioren, van rolstoeldans tot competitiedansers.
Sinds 2015 tot op heden geeft Raf les aan de Thomas More Hogeschool binnen de richtingen Sport en Bewegen en Lichamelijke Opvoeding waar hij dans, groepsfitness en didactische vakken geeft en student vormt tot lesgevers in alle doelgroepen.
Ook maakte hij een verschijning als danser en choreograaf met zijn dansgroep TRINXX op nationale en internationale TV. Zo was hij te zien tijdens de halve finale van Belgium’s Got Talent in 2018, en danste hij in de finale van Holland’s Got Talent in 2019. Ook werd Raf in 2016 Mr Gay Belgium en Mr Gay Europe. Hij zet zich tot op heden in voor diversiteit op alle vlakken met verschillende campagnes en acties onder het motto ‘Dare to be different’.

Para Dance Latin Workshop
On Sunday May 17th, 2020 (17/05/2020), Para Dance Belgium will organize it's first International workshop in Latin dance.
Because of the current covid-19 situation this workshop will be given online via zoom.
During this lecture Valentin Voronov & Anna Pelypenko will give all our para dancers, wheelchair users and abled bodied dancers a latin-lecture.

Valentin and Anna are both professional dancers and well-know names in the WDC-Al Professional latin category. They have only started dancing together since the end of 2017, but have already made it into the finals of many big competitions! Besides that they are the reigning Canadian Champions!
Valentin was born in Russia and started dancing at a young age. He already became a finalist at Blackpool at the youth-devision and while dancing in Amateur he became vice-russian champion, European and World Finalist! While continuing into the Rising Star Professional he made into the finals of big competition like the UK Open and UK international and in the professional devision he made it into the semifinal of the world championship!
Anna was born in Ukraine and already became world champion in the youth-devision! While moving up to Amateur she became Ukrainian champion and while dancing in the Rising Star professional devision she became Canadian Champion, international championship champion and finalist in the UK open, Blackpool and all pen to the world competitions!

Para Dance Ballroom Workshop
On Sunday May 24th, 2020 (24/05/2020), Para Dance Belgium will organize it's first International workshop in Ballroom dance.
Because of the current covid-19 situation this workshop will be given online via zoom.
During this lecture Mirko Gozzoli & Edita Daniute will give all our para dancers, wheelchair users and abled bodied dancers a ballroom-lecture.
​
Mirko Gozzoli & Edita Daniute are one of the most renowned names in ballroom dancing. They have been both World Champions and European Champions and have been dancing for both WDC and WDSF. The couple started dancing together in 2009 and have ended their competitive career in 2014 by winning the World Title at the WDSF PD World Championship in Nanjing, China. They spend their time teaching in their own dance studio in Livorno, Italy, where they also live.
Mirko was born in Italy and started dancing at the age of 7. Prior to dancing with Edita, Mirko danced with Alessia Betti, in a partnership that lasted 20 years, from 1989-2009. Together they were four-time undefeated World Professional Standard Champions from 2005 to 2008. Mirko began his third partnership in his entire dance career with Edita in November 2009.
Edita had a very successful dancing career with Arunas Bizokas in the junior, youth, and amateur categories. After becoming World Amateur Standard Champions, as well as winning the European, International, UK, and British Championships, Arunas and Edita ended their partnership.
