Competition Rules 2025

Dear dancer, trainer and club manager,

After a very long time without any adjustments, it was high time to revise the Para Dance Belgium competition rules.

We have been working hard behind the scenes for the past few months and are proud to announce that here are the new regulations!

A lot of new topics have been added, for example there is finally an official distinction between D-class ballroom and latin, the entire freestyle part has been added to the regulations and things like API, GPDR and Social media have also been added.

In addition, there have been a number of minor changes and/or nuances, so be sure to read the full competition rules if you want to be aware of all the changes.

The new regulations will come into effect from 15 April 2025 and the rules will therefore also apply to the 2025 Belgian Championship in Lommel.
